Oncology package includes
The package includes tests aimed at detecting abnormalities relevant to oncology prevention in women and men.
The package for women includes:
Breast ultrasound - a basic imaging test that can detect cysts, benign tumors, suspicious lumps, inflammatory conditions and other pathologies,
Ca-125 - a tumor marker associated with certain types of ovarian cancer, also showing a correlation in some cases of breast cancer, pleural tumors and stomach cancer.
The package for men includes:
Testicular ultrasound - a painless, non-invasive ultrasound examination that assesses the structure of the testicles and epididymides. It helps detect cancerous lesions, cysts, varicocele and other abnormalities requiring treatment or further diagnostics at an early stage,
PSA level test - prostate-specific antigen. An elevated blood level may indicate prostate inflammation, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) or prostate cancer.
What the screening looks like
Screening in the workplace
It can be an office, a production hall or any other location chosen by the company.
A scheduled appointment time
At the scheduled time, the employee goes to a specially prepared room serving as a temporary doctor's office.
Duration
The whole process takes about 15 minutes, requires no special preparation or fasting, and within an 8-hour workday the doctor can examine up to 30 people.
Discussing the results
The doctor discusses the test results and provides recommendations on the next steps.
Completion
After the screening, the employee returns to their duties.
